Cleaning Solution for Tumblers and Ultrasonic Machines

The product is a pH neutral, watery-base, amber-coloured liquid detergent, which has good emulsifying capacities and highly active concentration.

It is specific for spheres polishing both in tumbling with rotation system and in cradle vibrators; it is suitable for all metals, especially fit for gold and silver, when a very precise finishing is requested.

It can be used also as degreaser in tanks for ultrasounds washing at 2-3% concentration, 50-60° C temperature.

In the use with spheres, the product causes the detachment of particles and greasy matters from pieces and keeps them suspended, granting a very good superficial brightness. If the manufactured articles have not been previously well degreased, it is better to make a brief cycle with plenty of product ( 3-5% solution in water), to remove dirt from pieces. After rinsing, it is necessary to repeat the process using 1-2% of product, for time enough to get the wanted brightness.
